Harlow was first discovered around Halloween.
It has a 20% chance of appearing randomly during breedings during the month of October.
Harlow causes a white mask to cover the face with fun colorful designs across it. They also will occasionally have these markings extend onto their limbs and mimic those designs on the mask.
When breeding a Harlow the foal's colors will be directly influenced by the parent or parents. Meaning, colors, and design. They won't be exact copies, but there does need to be an obvious influence.
